Returns & Refund Policy

At Mood by N.N, customer satisfaction is important to us.

* Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
* Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
* Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
* Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
* Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
